Falcon Technologies Project Operations Manual (POM) will form the basis of the ongoing management of quality. Our POM, whilst directed by our quality management system, is flexible in nature to enable modification to suit the specific requirements of each activity Falcon Technologies manages.

Our management approach to supporting corporate sector in the field focuses on the establishment of effective relationships and managing for performance. We have a robust operational policy and procedure that outlines our output based performance management framework. It clearly articulates our expectations of relational, our code of conduct and all matters pertaining to the cultural context in which they will operate.

Quality Management: Falcon Technologies has developed a systematic quality management framework which supports and safeguards our ability to provide best practice solutions to clients. Our Quality System will incorporate all functions of the project and provide detailed policies, procedures and work instructions, and a means for capturing and implementing improvement initiatives. The Quality System will be regularly audited for compliance and reviewed for system improvement.

In addition, Falcon Technologies will apply its Continuous Improvement for Impact Program (CIIP). This is a process aimed at ensuring that corporately, we are delivering our clients programs according to the principles of best practice within the corporate sector and meeting or wherever possible, exceeding their expectations. The CIIP involves senior company personnel working with our nominated program manager in establishing corporate performance standards for each new activity that specifically relate to the objectives and priorities of the program and our clients broader development agenda. Reports are prepared and reviewed by the Falcon Technologies senior management group to assess our performance as a deliverer of our clients’ programs and as a responsible development partner. Adjustments in processes are implemented as required.

Warranty & Support
